Jane NottDirector

Jane is a highly experienced and well known local agent who has lived in the area since 1981 and began her career as an Estate Agent over 38 years ago. During her career Jane has been synonymous with property of all types throughout Devon and Cornwall including new, prestige and country homes. Having previously owned her own very successful independent Estate Agents and running a local franchise in Callington and Saltash for 5 years she decided to open Dawson Nott in the heart of Callington.

Jane is very driven by a self motivated passion to achieve great results and offering an exemplary personal service. She has a number of clients that return to use her services over and over again.

Alison PalmerDirector

Estate Agency has been and still is Alison’s passion and it is not just a job but her career. She started working for an independent agent in Tavistock as a junior after leaving college and is now a director at Dawson Nott. She has worked for a number of companies both in the East Cornwall, Tavistock and Plymouth region and has a wealth of experience helping people sell their properties and assisting purchasers to find their dream home.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and babysitting her granddaughter. She also likes walking especially in the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor both having stunning countryside and river scenery.

Yvonne RogersAssociate

Living locally for the last 30 years, I started my career in agency some 28 years ago whilst bringing up my two young children. My career took a different direction and I decided to attend Duchy College as a full time student taking a business & finance course. This gave me a great understanding when I opened my very successful farm shop and restaurant in the village of Harrowbarrow. I then decided to go back to my roots and I now work as an Associate at Dawson Nott. I have worked with Jane over the past eight years and now Alison who has a great deal of experience in the area having managed an estate agents previously in Callington.

The remainder of my time is spent with family and as a volunteer fund raiser for Marie Curie and the British Legion who are just two of the charities I greatly support.

Amy RoweNegotiator

I live locally and have done for 11 years so I have a fond knowledge of the area and local amenities. I began my career in estate agency in 2021 and feel enthusiastic and very happy with the role. Always striving to progress and increase my skills and understanding within this industry. My Previous job involved caring for and supporting the elderly. I’m a very driven, bubbly, outgoing individual and very passionate about giving a personal service. I enjoy spending time with friends and family with 2 grown children and a grandchild on the way.

Laura EarthyNegotiator

I've lived in Stoke Climsland since 2018 and love this part of Cornwall, with its close-knit community and beautiful surroundings. I joined Dawson Nott as a Sales Negotiator in March 2026, and alongside helping buyers and sellers through the process, I also manage our social media, sharing our latest listings and giving people a look behind the scenes at the agency.

I'm fluent in Greek, having grown up in Greece for around 15 years, and I love connecting with people from all different backgrounds. Outside of work, I'm a keen walker and reader, and I love cooking and trying new food - something I put down to my time growing up in Greece! I also do Latin and ballroom dancing, and I have a real passion for travelling.

Jan DeaneAdministrator

Although relatively new to the world of Estate Agency, Jan is an enthusiastic Administrator and a fast learner who has embraced the Agency ethos since she joined the team part time in December 2024, following an extensive health-based career with the NHS. Jan has lived locally for 31 years, raising her family in the Callington area and has a great knowledge of both Cornwall and Devon. During her Nursing Career she was Matron of Tavistock, Launceston and Stratton Community Hospitals and worked in Adult Safeguarding until her retirement from Nursing in 2018. Following this she then worked part time in a Plymouth GP Surgery in an administrative role.

Jan is heavily involved in Community activities and fund raising being a keen member of Callington Rotary Club. She is a very sociable person, enjoying entertaining and spending time with her husband, friends and family.
